CS:S is getting more amazing as we speak. We are getting better and better games going. It was 19 - 20 the other night.

Just watched the first (episode 4) newly re-re-mastered starwars DVD. There is a starwas marathon going on in the JCR of the original trilogy. It was odd. It looked all crisp and the camera angles seemed odd sometimes. And it was funnier than usualy. Other than that it was pretty cool.

All lectures canceled tomorrow!!!!OMG!!!!YEY!.

So I might attempt to do some work, and go to the library, and then maybe town.

Oh also need to do some washing up.

I suppose I could also make a new comic. But that will probably wait till christmas and if I ever learn to draw.

Half-Life 2

I was trying not to get HL2 till christmas but failed after 3 days.

Oh well.

Its great, only played about 2:30 hours at the moment, which is probably good as I have had some work todo.

Also I think I have actualy played more CS: Source than actual HL2 over the uni network. Its so awsome. We had the biggest game ever today, 7 whole players!!!! OMG I hear you cry. Yes thats right 7 players!!!!

Ok after that excitment, I better get on, need sleep and food and to maybe actually hear my alarm in the morning.

The Blue Glow

OMG Halo 2 is great. Didn't get much of a play on single at the weekend but did play loads of multi. Its amazing. Duel weapons are great, new weapons are mostly great, the improved weapons are great however they have powered down some of the original weapons, mainly the pistol but given you a gun about the same in return. Its great. Will be even better on the internet though.

I also got my new hard disk and its box thingy. Its great and it works. However what I didn't know is that it has blue leds around the sides so its glows blue. So looks pretty cool.

OMG HDD IN A BOX!

I discovered the other day you can get caddy things for internal harddisks. Which means a great internal harddisk as an external USB one.

In other news I am not going to get Half Life 2 until christmas. This was a very difficult choice to make but I think it was the best one. If I get it when its out next week I will want to play it instead of work, if I get it at christmas then I can play it no stop without worry of not doing work.

So I am going to get a cool hdd thingy as above instead to stop me buying HL2, cos it could easily just tempt me as I walk past game or casually surf the net. The force is strong in HL2!!!! OMG.

Must stop thinking about it now!

Colour of Fire and Hell is for Heroes

Last night I went to see Colour of Fire who were supporting Hell is for Heroes. IMO CoF were better than HifH.
The other 4 bands were ok ish. Here is a chart to show the greatness level for the evening:


As can be seen CoF were the best imo.

Whilst there I got a CoF t-shirt and their The Exile EP from their stand thingy. Later I discovered the guy that sold me it was the bass player. He was really nice and let me try the shirt on before I got it. He also recommeded the EP over their first single cos he said the B-Sides were better.

Next whilst sitting down after CoF this guy asked me where the toliets were. Later I found out that he was the HifH bass player.

Harriet would have gone all crazy cos the bands were just walking around all over the place.

So overall it was a pretty cool night really.
