Everything is annoying, mainly getting a house for next year.

We saw a really nice once yesterday. This is roughly how the conversation with the landlord went:

Us: OMG we want teh house!!1!!!11!
landlord: OK, there is another group interested but they don't have their phone on, so i will send you a contract.

Later, after getting the second version of the contract checked.

Us: Contract is fine.
landlord: Oh sorry, the other people got it cos they turned their phone on. So piss off.
Us: TWAT!
